A Free Black Woman reclaiming her body, her joy, her magic — one hoop, one ritual, one breath at a time.
I’ve walked through fire: domestic violence survivor, spinal injury warrior, and system disruptor. I’ve been the protector, the enforcer, the wounded, the healer.
Each version of me — even the ones I wanted to forget — has brought me here. I honor them all.
Now I guide others — especially my Black and Brown kin — through movement, breathwork, energy HYGIENE, ancestral connection, and radical joy.
