House of

the free woman

This is a Liberation Movement.

Global sanctuary

House of the Free Woman exists to create sacred spaces for Black + Brown women to release trauma, reclaim joy + reconnect with their divine power through movement, ritual, rest + community.

We are devoted to supporting women in remembering who they are beyond survival, beyond performance  + returning to a life rooted in softness, sovereignty, and truth.

  • A global remembrance is rising

We envision a world where Black + Brown women are fully resourced, deeply rested, spiritually connected + unapologetically free.

A world where healing is not a luxury but a birthright.

Where joy is normalized.

Where softness is safe.

Where our bodies, our stories + our power are honored.

  • This is healing lineage rooted in land, culture, and care.

Our Mission & purpose

House of the Free Woman is a healing sanctuary and sacred container for transformation.

It exists as:

  • A space for rest, restoration, rebirth + nervous system regulation

  • A portal for movement, ritual + spiritual remembrance

  • A home for intimate retreats, ceremonies + community gatherings

  • A portal for Black + brown women to be held: fully, safely + without expectation

where women

come to:

Rest, Rebirth + Rise

Release what no longer serves them

Reconnect with their power

Soften into their truth

Remember who they were before the world told them to shrink

  • From the Caribbean to the Motherland, this vision expands healing across the diaspora.
